Time to get off the Lunatic Express. Or at least, off part of it. Part of the famed, but notoriously ill-maintained railway connection between Kampala and Mombasa has been replaced - thanks to Chinese money.The first phase of the project inaugurated Tuesday is meant to connect Kenya's landlocked neighbors Uganda, Rwanda and South Sudan to Mombasa.
