On Russia's Arctic Coast, climate change is causing dangerous bacteria long lying dormant in the Siberian permafrost to be released into the atmosphere. In 2016, an anthrax outbreak on the Yamal Peninsula spread from reindeer to humans. DW's Juri Rescheto traveled there to find out how the region's reindeer herders have been dealing with the consequences.
