Coalition Negotiations Kick Off in Pakistan

The winner of the elections in Pakistan, the Pakistan People’s Party, has started stitching together a coalition government that may challenge President Pervez Musharraf’s right to stay in power. Meanwhile, as the dust begins to settle, observers say that the poll went off better than expected.
