Concussions - what happens when you take a knock

A mild concussion occurs when a sudden force causes temporary damage to the brain. The symptoms include headaches, nausea and unconsciousness. Those who’ve taken a knock to the head should see the doctor straight away and stay under medical supervision for 48 hours.
