Madagascar opts for vaccines

Most countries in Africa have joined the COVAX program and have started vaccinating against COVID-19. A few countries, such as Eritrea, Burundi and Tanzania, have refused to join. Madagascar was part of that group until very recently, when it announced a change of mind.
