Ukraines's acting foreign minister says his country will not give up Crimea and will do everything in its power to end the crisis there peacefully. Crimea's regional parliment is due to hold a referendum in less than a week on whether to remain part of Ukraine. But it seems the decision has already been made. Russia appears to be calling the shots in the Crimea, as pro-Russia forces try to flush
