Cuban doctors boost Brazil's health system

Just weeks after protests against shoddy public transport, education and healthcare services swept Brazil, President Dilma Rousseff launched the "More Doctors" programme, a three-year plan to bring thousands of Cuban doctors to work in poor and remote areas of Brazil, where Brazilian doctors prefer not to practice. Four months on, the project is having a real impact.
