Curbing the Spread of Deadly Small Arms

Small arms from Germany are popular and deadly. There is scarcely any civil or military conflict worldwide in which they're not used. About 90 percent of all war victims are killed by small arms. Export permits for the popular Heckler & Koch G3 assault rifle, for instance, are issued time and again. The Social Democrats now want to limit the spread of lethal small arms.
