The Internet is changing people's buying habits. Now they can have their groceries delivered with the click of a button. Around the globe, various companies are eager to capture this growing market.

In Germany, several bricks and mortar grocery store chains have now taken the plunge into online selling. German start-up "food.de" also gives users the chance to buy food around the clock, in the comfort of their own home. The firm offers same-day delivery at regular grocery store prices.
