In the middle of a room they may look like computer graphics, but Czech designer Jan Plechač’s Icon series of wire chairs are actually made to be sat on. Plechač devises his ideas together with his design partner Henry Wielgus. They met as students at Prague’s Academy of Fine Arts and today are part of a new generation of Czech designers to watch.
