Dalai Lama’s Negotiators Impatient With China

The Dalai Lama’s negotiators have expressed their frustration about the lack of progress in talks which took place with the Chinese government in early July. They are particularly disappointed that China refused to issue a joint declaration, which would have committed both sides to the dialogue process.
