What do I strive to be as a journalist?
Someone who tunes out the noise to focus on what is most important - the experience of everyday people. I avoid following the crowd and try to uncover the nuance in a story.

1. Write a (non-fiction) book
2. Complete an MBA
3. Become fluent in Spanish
4. Report from every inhabited continent
5. Create and produce a long-running and influential news program
6. Learn to brew beer!
