In Burma, the country's military junta is reporting the death toll from the weekend's cyclone is likely to reach 10-thousand, with many more still missing. Hundreds of thousands of people are without shelter and clean drinking water. +++LM-REIN+++ Hardest hit by Cyclone Nargis is the Irrawaddy river-delta in the south - a crucial rice-growing region near Rangoon. Wind speeds of over one hundred and ninety kilometers an hour have destroyed or damaged thousnads of buildings and cut off telecommunications and electricity. +++LM-RAUS+++ Relief efforts are being hampered by roads made impassable by fallen trees and debris.
