Deluxe: Bomb Bunker in Cologne

An above-ground bunker from World War Two has been transformed into a bright modern housing complex in a Cologne residential district. Architect Thomas Luczak began with a dark, graffiti-covered structure in a run-down neighborhood and turned it into an elegant loft-style house with white stucco and plenty of glass. It's divided into 17 loft-style apartments. We meet an owner who gives us a tour.
