Desperation grips Tacloban after typhoon

Tons of food and medical supplies have arrived in the capital of the Philippines for the survivors of typhoon Haiyan. But the devastation left by the storm is preventing those in need from receiving it. Relief efforts are also being hampered by more rainfall. In the devastated city of Tacloban, despair is beginning to take hold.
