The willingness to help Ukraine is widespread in Germany. One example is the "Donation Bridge Ukraine" on the former Tempelhof airport. Here, Berliners can drop off relief supplies and aid, which then get sorted in an airplane hangar before being sent to Ukraine or neighboring Moldova.
