German foreign minister Frank Walter Steinmeier says a donor conference here in Berlin has raised more than 150-million euros for projects aimed at improving the Palestinian police force and judicial system. Representatives from more than 40 countries took part in the talks. Organisers hope the money will be a big step toward creating the security essential for an independent Palestinian state.
