DR Congo, M23 rebels agree on road map to peace

The Democratic Republic of Congo and the M23 rebel group have signed a ceasefire deal following three months of US-backed negotiations in the Qatari capital, Doha. Fighting in eastern Congo has killed and displaced thousands this year alone.
