Denmark says that the drone incursions that forced the country to close its airports this week are a coordinated, hybrid attack. Officials say a "professional actor" was behind the drones and that they expect more will follow.

A suspected drone near Denmark's Aalborg airport has raised alarms amid a string of recent aerial and cyber incursions across Europe. Authorities suspect Russia, citing a systematic pattern of hybrid attacks targeting airports in Poland, Germany and Scandinavia. Denmark’s defense minister calls it professional and coordinated. With four Danish airports affected, officials warn of more disruptions ahead.
