Under this year’s motto "Journalism out loud," the forum examines how media organizations around the world are responding to disinformation, polarization, and technological change — and what new approaches they are developing to strengthen their democratic role. Alongside panel discussions, the GMF features a wide range of interactive formats and networking opportunities.

A full overview of the program and confirmed speakers is available at dw.com/gmf.

Free press tickets can be requested via the conference platform; all accreditation requests are reviewed individually. Participation requirements are outlined in the GMF FAQ. Ticket sales are open to all other participants, with discounted early-bird tickets available until April 24.

Registration and tickets are available at dw.com/gmf.

The GMF opens with an evening reception for participants, hosted jointly by DW and the City of Bonn at DW’s headquarters on the first day of the conference. On June 24, participants will conclude the event with an evening boat tour on the Rhine.

Stay connected with the GMF on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, Threads, and via the GMF newsletter.
