As the financial crisis sweeps over Europe from the US, European policy makers are getting ready to act. So get ready for interest rate cuts in the Eurozone. In its latest assessment, the European Central Bank says weakening economic conditions mean inflation is less of a danger. And economists say that means the bank could cut rates as early as next month.
