Economics minister praises help for "wounded Ukraine"

Pavlo Sheremeta of Ukraine's interim government tells DW he is hoping for a big loans from the US, IMF and EU while trying to rebuild ties with Russia. Under the kleptocracy of ousted president Viktor Yanukovych, the country's coffers were shamelessly plundered. Without urgent international aid, Ukraine has no chance of meeting its debt obligations.
