Cédric Auriol and Jérémy Defrize from Toulouse launched their start-up "Micronutris" in 2011, producing and selling high quality food insects born and raised in France. Not only are they tasty and nutritious, insects are also a sustainable source of protein. We find out more about a food trend that's good for the environment.
