Education Debate - Schooling for children with disabilities

For decades, children with learning disabilities have been taught in so-called special-needs schools. Germany has some 3,200 such facilities. Now more and more children with learning disabilities are attending mixed classes in mainstream schools. Many parents and teachers view the development with skepticism.
