Less than two weeks after Islamist president Mohammed Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood were ousted from power, Egypt has taken an important step towards establishing a new government. On Tuesday, interim President, Adly Mansour, swore in a diverse Cabinet, featuring the most female ministers the country's seen in decades - but the Islamists are notably absent.
