EU foreign Ministers have urged China to engage in dialogue on Tibetan cultural and religious rights. Beijing says it is open to discussions as long as the Dalai Lama stops supporting Tibetan independence. Meanwhile, there were reports of fresh protests in the Tibetan capital Lhasa while demonstrations continued among Tibet's supporters around the world. +++SYN MAZ+++
