EU backs COVID shot for 5-to-11-year-olds

The EU's drug regulator has backed giving the BioNTech-Pfizer vaccine to children between the ages of 5 and 11. In Europe, vaccinating children has been a divisive issue — but many families will now be keen to get their kids inoculated.
