The European Union is to appeal to the World Trade Organisation over anti-dumping tarrifs imposed by China on the bloc's brandy exports. The extra taxes are seen as retaliation for EU tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles. DW's Jack Parrock reports from Brussels.
