The European Union says it's slapping tariffs on 26 billion euros worth of US goods in retaliation for US President Trump's new levy on all imports of steel and aluminum. "Countermeasures" will start at the beginning of April, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said in a statement in Brussels.
