There are only nine chefs in Germany with three stars from the Michelin Guide. One of them is Dieter Müller and we meet him at the Schlosshotel Lerbach in Gladbach near Cologne. He has been working there for more than 15 years and he's had three stars since 1997. For us he cooks "turbot-salmon-roulade in a herbal coating".
