Vreni Giger from Switzerland has been head chef at the Jägerhof, a restaurant in St. Gallen since 1997. The top restaurant is a favourite with gourmets. Gault Millau awarded it 17 points in 2010 for the seventh time. St. Gallen is about six kilometers from Lake Constance and today's recipe is a delicious fish soup made from several kinds of fish bought locally and caught in Lake Constance.
