Tapas are those little finger-foods invented when a Spanish king, after recovering from an ailment, ruled that no wine should be served without food in local establishments. Owners then came up with all kinds of tapas - or snacks. We go tapas bar-hopping through Barcelona, visiting 'Cal Pep' - that's been serving the delicacy for 30 years - and 'Tapac24' and 'Santa Maria', too.
