World Fairs or Expos have been held on an irregular basis and in different shapes and sizes for over 150 years. This year the International Expo 2008 is in the Spanish city of Saragossa in the north of the country between Madrid and Barcelona. Even though this smaller Expo has just one theme : "Water and sustainable development", there's no doubt this relatively undiscovered city is going to have a much higher profile from now on.
