European countries push for tighter restrictions on bankers' bonuses at a G20 meeting in London

G 20 finance ministers meeting in London today are struggling to overcome divisions over what lessons should be learned from the world financial crisis. While many European countries call for an end to the bonus culture in the banking sector, the United States are worried that some countries may be phasing out emergency assistance too early.
