((SHANE)) The Eurozone's finance ministers have sent a strong signal to financial markets over the Greek debt crisis. They agreed to mobilise financial aid for Greece if necessary, but said they believed that the need would NOT arise. ((STEVE)) They also declined to reveal any sums... The head of the meeting of 16 eurozone finance ministers Jean-Claude Juncker, said that Athens had not requested help so, but that any rescue mechanism would NOT involve loan guarantees.
