Governments across Europe are warning people to take precautions as a record heat wave moves across the continent. There's little relief in sight, with temperatures expected to stay high for the rest of the week. Meteorologist Uwe Ulbrich told The Day's Brent Goff that Europeans need to start getting used to these types of heat waves.
