When talkative participants are hard to rein in, quiet ones won’t come out of their shell, or disruptive members of the audience are difficult to keep in check, even an experienced facilitator can reach their limits. All of this requires experience, but also the right methods, tricks, and techniques to help you keep contrrol.

Our advanced training builds on the basic training in event moderation. It is aimed at individuals who have already gained initial experience in moderating events and who want to assess and specifically expand their knowledge and skills—so that they are prepared for any situation on the podium in the future. All exercises are recorded and then analyzed together.

After the training, participants will be able to

• handle talkative speakers, those who are reticent, and troublemakers
• master unforeseen situations
• maintain appropriate time management
• apply sophisticated questioning techniques
• formulate memorable opening and closing statements
• strengthen their own presence
• address and engage the audience appropriately
• assess and make effective use of digital participation methods.
