At the playing fields in Porto Feliz, near Sao Paulo, every boy dreams of becoming a soccer star. And their chances aren't all that bad. Brazilian soccer players have long been coveted commodities in Europe's top soccer clubs.

Few nations have produced as many professional players as the Latin American country has. At any given time there are hundreds of Brazil's best players playing for European clubs - most move here before they reach the age of 20.
