Ex-E.On CEO Wulf Bernotat Advises Top Managers

Siemens CEO Peter Löscher was forced to resign last month, because the company's board of directors was less than pleased with his performance. It seems that more and more senior German managers are being given the boot.

Wulf Bernotat was CEO of energy giant e.on for seven years. Now, he's started his own business. Bernotat and the other ex-executives on his staff advise current CEOs on how they can protect themselves from being fired. Report by Grit Hofmann.
