Fact check: Viral Durban video misrepresents post-apartheid South Africa

A viral video circulating online claims to show the collapse of Durban as a direct result of the end of apartheid and supposed NGO influence linked to George Soros. But the footage is from 2021- and the narrative it promotes echoes racist and conspiratorial theories.
