In 1959, Alexander Schoeller marketed the first beverage crates made from plastic. They replaced the wooden ones used previously and put his family business on the road to success. Today his sons Martin and Christoph run the company. Schoeller Industries is constantly developing new strategies to both conserve and recycle plastic.
