Food prices are rising worldwide. That may be just an annoyance for industrial nations, but for the world's poorest countries it's a looming catastrophe. The UN World Food and Agriculture Organization is meeting today in Rome to discuss how to manage the problem. The FAO says 22 countries are particularly vulnerable to soaring global food prices.
