Three people have been killed and more than a dozen wounded in a shooting in Jerusalem. The militant Islamist group Hamas has claimed responsibility for the killings. The Israeli government has said the Palestinian suspects were killed at the scene by two off-duty police officers and an armed civilian. Germany, the US and others have designated Hamas a terrorist group.
