Women play a vital role in driving progress. For example, international studies show that peace processes are far more successful and sustainable when women are involved. In reality, however, women often do not assume official roles or are not heard, for various reasons. Furthermore, women in leadership positions sometimes feel insecure and often lack authentic female role models. This workshop empowers participants to enhance their public presence and communication skills, helping them become even more visible and expressive. It also teaches skills to unlock their own potential for influence and impact, and to share their knowledge and expertise with the public—whether in committees, negotiation processes, meetings, everyday life, or the media. This is an important tool for internal and external communication, since women who feel confident in their leadership roles communicate that way: clear in their message, strong in their impact.
