First US lunar lander in decades heads for moon

A Vulcan rocket carrying a lunar lander built by the US company Astrobotic has blasted off from Cape Canaveral in Florida. The uncrewed Peregrine lunar lander will attempt the first US soft landing on the moon since the final Apollo landing in December 1972.
