The Swing Stick is a fiberglass stick with two weights at either end that can be used to improve your posture, balance and strength. It can be used in a number of different positions.

The body reacts to the vibrations it creates in the deep muscles which we need to stand. To feel the full effects of the training, it’s important to actively tense the muscles and keep your balance throughout the exercise.
