Floodwaters still rise in eastern Germany

Towns and cities along rivers in eastern Germany are bracing as rivers reach their peaks. Dresden is the biggest city facing flooding. It's feared the River Elbe could reach the same level as in 2002, when the city saw the worst floods in its history.
