Former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic has refused to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty at his second appearance at the UN war crimes tribunal at the Hague. Karadzic has been charged with 11 counts of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide in connection with the war in Bosnia. He challenged the court's legitimacy to try him. Here's an excerpt from today's hearing.
