Student-led protests over education funding and school conditions have spread across France , drawing support from teachers, parents and trade unions. Demonstrators are calling on the government to address teacher shortages, overcrowded classrooms and deteriorating school buildings. Clashes with riot police have erupted in several cities, with thousands arrested and hundreds injured since the protests began. Organizers say the movement is gaining momentum as pressure grows on authorities to respond to demands for education reform and safer learning environments.
