French doctor jailed for 20 years for mass rape

Former surgeon Joel Le Scouarnec has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for almost 300 counts of sexually assaulting or raping people, most of them children. The case has shocked France and raised questions about why the perpetrator wasn't caught earlier.
